The current source provides CW or pulsed output currents to drive high power laser diodes, laser arrays and laser stacks up to 100A at max 6V. The LDU1000 includes a 600W thermoelectric cooler controller to drive suitable heat sinks.

The Model TED1000 conveniently offers a 600W thermoelectric cooler controller to drive suitable heat sinks. The common unipolar version can only heat or cool but optional it provides a bipolar output for both heating and cooling.
The DioPower conveniently offers an integrated diode laser system. All necessary components such as the laser diode, the laser diode driver, the TEC-driver and the laser diode cooler are included. The customer can choose a suitable laser diode regarding his requirement.
